滚筒式抛丸清理机
Q31系列抛丸清理机是青岛三锐机械有限公司的定型主导系列产品之一。是各行业中、小型铸、锻车间、热处理车间清理铸、锻件表面残余型砂和氧化皮的理想设备。
该系列机由滚筒、分离器、抛丸器、集尘器、提升机、减速电机等部分组成，利用高速旋转的叶轮将弹丸抛向滚筒内部不断翻滚的工件，使工件表面的各种附着物迅速脱落，从而获得一定粗糙度的光亮表面，达到清理的目的。
该系列机适用于清理各种不怕碰撞、划伤的铸、锻件及基础件。是各行业中、小型铸、锻车间、热处理车间清理铸、锻件表面残余型砂和氧化皮的理想设备。
Barrel Type Airless Shot Blasting Machine
Q31 series of airlles shot blasting machines is one of the leading. products in Qingdao Foundry Machinery Group, which is widely used in cleaning oxidized scales or residual sand on the heat-treated, forged and sand-moulded workpieces in China and abroad.
The series of products mainly consists of the barrel, separator, blast wheel, dust collector and elevator as well as speed reducer. By high speed rotation of the impeller wheel mounted in a blast wheel, the abrasive is thrown onto the workpieces that are meantime tumbled by the rotating barrelin which they are loaded. The oxidized scales and residual sand are removed so as to obtain a bright but with proper rough ness workpiece’s surface.
The machines are suitably used for blasting the workpieces that can withstand collision and scratching . which is widely used in cleaning oxidized scales or residual sand on the heat-treated, forged and sand-moulded workpieces in China and abroad.
