该机是我厂设计生产的大型高效率转子式混砂设备，生产率80-100 t/h（在湿压强度为10N/cm2, 紧实率35%，松砂密度为0.9-1.0g/m3, 循环时间为90秒/次的条件下）。
该机具有独特新颖的结构设计：采用二级硬齿面传动，其大修间隔周期是普通型的三倍，大大降低了维修费用；底衬及周围衬板为轧制钢板，减少了粘砂；由气动推动，侧面卸砂，不仅灵活可靠，而且一次卸砂量大并杜绝了底部漏砂；高速旋转的垂直叶轮将水平刮板翻起的物料重新抛起，使物料在机盆内高速运动，互相碰撞，充分混合,大大提高了物料混制质量。
本机适用于大型铸造车间混制造型用砂，亦可用于其他行业混制粉粒状物料。是汽车等行业基础件生产的理想设备，也是高效气冲造型线理想的配套设备。
Rotor Type Sand Mixer Model AMW28 is a massive and high efficient machine with 80-100 t/h productivity (wet pressure strength 10N/cm2, compatibility 35%, density 0.9-1.0g/m3 and circle time 90 s).
The machine with novel structure applies two-step hard gear transmission of which the maintenance interval is three times of the ordinary gears and repairing cost is drastically reduced. The bottom and sidewall liners are made of rolled steel plates. By pneumatic drive mixed sand is discharged at side, which is agile and reliable and large amount without bottom leakage. The vertical wheel throws up the material coming from a horizontal scraper so that the material moves at a high speed in the mixing pan. Sand grains collide and disperse each other and binder and additive fully cover them. Thus the quality of sand is drastically raised.
The machine can be used in large-scale foundries and other fields to mix pellet material. It is the ideal equipment for producing basic components in the industries of automobile, chemical, building, etc. and is also the efficient apparatus for impact molding line.
